Pre-surgical Policy
No
food after 9pm, water is fine until the morning of surgery. We offer
and require preanesthetic bloodwork to get more thorough information on
your pet before anesthesia is administered. Pets must be dropped
off between 7 and 7:30 a.m. the day of surgery.

Overnight Patients
We do not have someone on the premises after hours. We refer critical
pets to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida
|

Both clinics' hours are weekdays 6pm - 7am, weekends Friday 6pm - Monday 7am, open 24/7 on major holidays.

Prescription Refills:
Please check ahead of time when your pet's prescription is running low.
Some medications require bloodwork or medical progress exams before
refilling. We want to do what is best for your pet, and it helps us if
you call ahead of time.

Payment Options:
Payment is due upon completion of services. We do offer a discount to
animal rescue groups, subject to prior approval by our practice
manager. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal
checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, and Travler's checks.
