It is more like a horse halter, as it uses the head to lead the dog, and gives you better control. It also fits better than the "haltie". See website for more details. Beastie Bands for cats These collars are super light weight, so the cat isn't bothered by it compared to normal collars. It secures with Velcro, and is safe since it will stretch and pull off if your cat gets it caught on something. There are tons of cool designs.
